Zelensky and Linde discussed the security situation in the east and near the borders of Ukraine. The interlocutors exchanged views on the high level of military threat to Ukraine. Ways to strengthen security in the Black Sea region were also discussed. The Head of State noted that the Trilateral Contact Group should resume full-fledged work. In addition, President Zelensky thanked the Swedish side for the decision to provide the original Constitution of Hetman Pylyp Orlyk for a temporary presentation in Kyiv.
“For the first time in more than 300 years, this attribute of our statehood will be in Ukraine again. This is an extremely friendly gesture of Sweden, which we very much appreciate,” the President said.
