In Russia on July 25, the Day of the Navy, there was an egregious incident on the beach.
According to local media reports, a 59-year-old man dressed as a sailor came to the beach in the Primorsky Territory (not far from Vladivostok). Despite the crowds of tourists, he took out a rocket launcher and fired a shot into the sky.
Alas, the rocket flew aside and injured a 28-year-old girl who was resting. The ambulance took the victim to the hospital with a hip injury.
An investigation is underway on this fact.
