Over the past 24 hours, on 23 October, the Russian occupation forces recorded three ceasefire violations, one of which involved the use of weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements.
Near Novozvanivka (Luhansk region), the enemy fired 120 mm mortars.
In the direction of Novohryhorivka (Donetsk region), the mercenaries twice shelled using an anti-tank missile system, grenade launchers of various systems, large-caliber machine guns and other small arms fire.
As a result of the hostile actions, two servicemen of the United Forces were wounded. The soldiers are now in a medical facility. The state of health of both is satisfactory.
The Ukrainian defenders returned fire without using weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements and forced the enemy to stop firing.
