Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba says that Russia has launched a new phase of hybrid warfare against Europe.
“There is no so-called “migration crisis in Belarus. There is a hybrid war of Russia against Europe. Moscow’s goal is to create problems and force the rest of the world to solve them with itself,” he said.
According to him, the Kremlin has deployed various types of hybrid weapons – gas, migration flows, intimidation and propaganda.
Kuleba said it was security that would be the key topic of his talks on 15 November at NATO headquarters in Brussels.
“We are talking about practical steps to support Ukraine from our partners against the background of the situation along the Ukrainian border, in the zone of armed conflict in Donbas, temporarily occupied Crimea and in the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova,” the minister said.
