During the past day, November 26 2021 Ukrainian Defence Forces recorded 2 ceasefire violations committed by Russian occupation forces 1 of them by using weapons prohibited by Minsk agreements. That’s according to the press center of the JFO Headquarters.
Near the village of MAR’INKA enemy armed groups used 82mm mortars. In the vicinity of NOVOMYKHAILIVKA enemy troops fired small arms. Unfortunately, one Ukrainian soldier was KIA as a result of enemy shelling of Ukrainian positions.
Ukrainian defenders returned fire without using weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements and forced the enemy to stop shelling.
The Joint Forces are in control of the situation and continue to carry out their tasks of repelling and deterring the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
