Russian propagandists threw “information” into the media space about an “explosion in Luhansk” that took place elsewhere a year ago.
The much-publicized “explosion in Luhansk” was actually a fire at a gas distribution station on the outskirts of Luhansk, which took place a year ago.
A video of the “explosion” was circulated online yesterday evening, 18 February, by Russian propagandists, including the infamous Olga Skabeeva.
A video of the blast can be found on the video platform YouTube. The video was uploaded to YouTube in February 2021.
