“It sounds like a technical moment, but it is a necessary step so that the certification of the gas pipeline cannot take place now. Without this certification “Nord Stream-2″ cannot be launched”, – the chancellor said.
Earlier, German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbok said that Germany was considering imposing sanctions on the completed but not put into operation the “Nord Stream-2” gas pipeline as a response to a possible Russian invasion of Ukraine.
