Russia has seriously exhausted its reserves of high-precision ammunition, as the war in Ukraine lasts longer than the Russian leadership planned. Now Russia is trying to replace modern weapons with outdated ones.
This is stated in the Intelligence report of the British Ministry of Defense.
At the beginning of the invasion, Russia claimed to be capable of inflicting so-called surgical strikes on military infrastructure, without harming Ukrainian cities, while in fact unselective shelling of cities and villages of Ukraine and not paying attention to victims among civilians.
According to the intelligence, Russia has significantly exhausted its reserves of high-precision ammunition, so it will try to replace them with easily accessible and outdated ammunition. The intelligence says that they are less accurate and easier to destroy.
