Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba called four elements of victory in the war with Russia.
He stated this in an interview with NRC, reports Vigilant.

“Victory is the liberation of the occupied territories, including Crimea and Donbas. Payment of reparations. Conviction of war criminals and those who committed crimes against humanity. Consolidation of Ukraine’s place in European integration. These are four elements that for me are integral components of victory, “said Kuleba.

The Foreign Minister stressed that Ukraine should win, whatever it is worth, because if it loses, then there will be no Ukraine, and Europe will be completely different.

The Minister also emphasized that each war ends with diplomacy, stressing that the Ukrainian side will have to overcome many emotions after all crimes committed by Russia.

“But if there is a chance to end the war and free the occupied territories, we are ready to sit with the Russians at the negotiating table,” he stated.

As reported, the last full-time negotiations between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations took place on March 29 in Istanbul. The Ukrainian delegation then made a number of proposals to end the war, including the signing of an international treaty on security guarantees for Ukraine.

On May 17, the adviser to the head of the Office of the President Mykhailo Podolyak said that the negotiation process with the Russian Federation has now been suspended.
