The Government of Italy has allocated funds for the construction of 40 houses for internally displaced people, which were evacuated to the Zhytomyr region. The money has been allocated through the Red Cross Society. It is expected that the construction of these houses in the Zhytomyr region will take place by the end of this year.
The head of Zhytomyr regional military administration Vitaly Bunechko told about this yesterday during the TV marathon “Unified News”.
It also became known that recently Pier Francesco Zazzo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Italian Republic to Ukraine, paid a working visit to the Zhytomyr region. This visit was aimed at improving cooperation between Ukraine and Italy to implement projects to restore damaged infrastructure and invest in the region.
